Make Money with Google AdWords

Do you have a website and have been trying to profit from Google AdSense? Another thing you can try is to earn money with Google AdWords. This method works best if you combine it with membership in some sort of affiliate program. There are countless products being sold on the Internet that will give you an affiliate code so that if you sell one of their products through your site, you will get a small cut of the sale. Then, you turn around and sign up for Google AdWords. The way Google AdWords works is you bid on certain keywords, agreeing to pay Google a certain sum per time people click on your ad. The idea is to get enough people to click on your affiliate links on your site that it pays for the Google AdWords and then some. (And then hopefully a lot!)

The key will be to keep an eye on the balance in your respective accounts, that is, keeping track of how much you are spending on Google AdWords versus how much you are making from your various affiliate member programs. Obviously, you want to be bringing in more money than you are paying out.

There are certain respected ways to write your Google AdWords ads that can help you get clicks and in turn there are ways you can display your affiliate links that will encourage people to buy products through your site. The best way is to pay attention to what you are seeing on the web and learn how the pros are doing it.

Another key to winning in the Google AdWords game is to choose keywords that people will be looking for online but that aren’t very expensive to bid on. Google has a keywords search tool that can help you with this research. These days what works is to focus on the so-called long-tail keywords. An example would be a search for ‘black sand beaches of Costa Rica’ instead of just ‘beaches.’ The longer keyword will be cheaper to bid on and could still bring you enough traffic to make money on. This is called niche marketing, and it is still the best way for an individual to make money from Google AdWords and AdSense.
